4ARM IMPEX was founded in 2010 by Mr. MANU PRAKASH correlating and combining ideas of friends and well-wishers. Initially it was named MR veggies and later in 2022 it was renamed 4ARM IMPEX. By 2012 the organization was successful in catering veggies and spices to the local population of KARNATAKA, INDIA. By the end of 2021 4ARM IMPEX was able to increase the presence throughout India. Just over a year ago, the team became fascinated by the idea of going internationally catering veggies and spices direct from the farmers. The goal for 2023 is to focus on the health of human beings by serving organic as well as pesticide free veggies and spices.

CEO and Founder
Manu Prakash born in 1974, a pharmacist by qualification and a management professional is the CEO and Founder of 4ARM IMPEX. He is based in Bangalore, the garden city. He started his career in 2000 with a multinational company and became one of the founders of a pharmaceutical company based in Bangalore. He also has served in the top-level management of many other institutions before launching 4ARM IMPEX.

Adityan M is an entrepreneur and digital marketing specialist and a qualified management professional. To validate his keen interest in growth marketing has been certified in data analytics, digital marketing, artificial intelligence and management.
